Molly started practicing
yoga in college, but
became truly immersed in
yoga in 1996, after the
birth of her first
child. She has practiced
a wide range of yoga
styles, including
Ashtanga, Iyengar, and
Sivananda yoga, and is
currently studying
Anusara yoga. Molly is a
Yoga Alliance registered
instructor and teaches
classes at several
Houston-area locations.
“Introduction to Yoga”
This slower-paced,
informative class will
provide students with a
strong foundation in the
practice of yoga,
including:

Study and practice of
fundamental yoga
postures, correct body
positioning and alignment;

Detailed instruction on
combining breath and
movement;
·
Information on the
historical and
philosophical background
of yoga;
·
Meditation and
relaxation techniques.
