Pranayama, from Neuroscience to the Nose

practicing-pranayama.jpg

Pranayama is a seated practice. Each session will begin with a purification cleanse for the vital organs followed by a particular pranayama scale to activate blood flow, tone nerves, spinal cord and cardiac muscles; moving into vibrational sound all given sequentially, while lastly watching and feeling the inner subtle after effects in your heart center.  All levels welcome.
